“I wanted to create a fragrance that felt like intimacy itself — the feeling of being so close to someone that words are no longer necessary. I chose the name Habibi, an Arabic word meaning ‘my love’ or ‘my beloved,’ because I have always found it to be one of the most beautiful words. It carries a tenderness, warmth, and affection that felt inseparable from the emotion I wanted this fragrance to express. For me, Habibi Vanilla is about love worn close to the skin.”
