Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in New York and California, USA, as well as the UK and the Netherlands.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

What are your shipping rates?

USA: Free shipping on all orders

UK: Free shipping on all orders

European Union: Free shipping on all orders

Rest of the world (FedEx International Economy, duties paid): US$38

How long does shipping take?

USA, Canada, UK, EU: 2–5 business days

Rest of the world: 3–7 business days

Do you collect duties and taxes at checkout?

Yes. All import duties and taxes are collected and paid at checkout.

Are there any shipping restrictions for Eaux de Parfum?

Yes. Due to hazardous goods regulations, our Eaux de Parfum can currently only be shipped within the USA, the EU, and the UK.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused candle(s) for a refund or exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long do I have to return an order?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@nomadnoe.com and include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Which countries are eligible for returns?

At this time, we can only accept returns from the USA, Canada, the UK, and countries within the European Union.
